Oh hell yesssss. (Minus the crazy peacock feather headpiece. That is a no.)
Side note: not sure why I am so drawn to this dress (other than that it's blue...my favorite). In real life, I probably wouldn't wear something so dramatic. For my wedding I think I'd want something simple. I am loving those ruffles though! What do you think? Isn't it the perfect dress for running errands? Kidding.
